  • Chess Champions of University of Delhi
  • Runners-up in Judo Inter College Championship in the University of Delhi
  • Above average performance in competitions in all other games.
  • Coaching in the above-mentioned games takes place before and after college hours. If you are an athletically inclined individual or would like to take part in any of the activities, then you should give your name to the Sports President. Prior experience is not necessary.
    Aerobics will be introduced on a regular basis from next session as a fitness-activity for all.
    Facilities for indoor games like Carromboard, Chess and Darts are available in the recreation room.
    You can also refer to books on sports, games and physical education in the physical education department.
    Admissions on Sports Basis
  • Only excellent sportswomen are selected after selection trials and interview.
  • Trial on Saturday 16, June 2007 (10:00 a.m. onwards). See the Notice Board on 1st June 2007 for the schedule.
  • Fee concession for outstanding sportswomen.
  • Medical check up mandatory.
  • Outstanding Sportswomen
  • Mansi Setia bagged the gold medal in the Inter-collegiate Judo competition and represented University of Delhi in the Inter-varsity competition.
  • Anupam represented the University of Delhi in the All India Competition in Basketball and finished 3rd. She also represented Delhi in the recently concluded National Games.
  • Geetanjali Rana represented the University of Delhi in the recently concluded National Games.
  • Ankita Sinha represented University of Delhi in the All India Cricket Competition and emerged winner.
  • Pratima Kumari represented University of Delhi in the All India Cricket Competition and emerged winner.
  • Julie Thakur represented Delhi State in the Women's National competition in Volleyball.
