NATIONAL CADET CORPS

SAHAS'24, the Gargi NCC annual fest took place on March 5, 2024. The event featured various competitions including drill, guard, model making, photography, videography, best cadet selection, obstacle race, and group dance. It attracted participation from numerous colleges across Delhi, making it a grand success✨

*SUO Anushka Rathi*, successfully concluded the *Youth Exchange Program: Kazakhstan* which commerced on August 3, 2023, at DGNCC Camp site, Delhi Cantt, she flew from Delhi to Almaty on August 12, residing at the International Hotel. The journey included visits to landmarks and warm welcomes, culminating in a debriefing back in Delhi on August 20, 2023.

*SUO Anshu* completed the *Youth Exchange Program in Russia-Moscow* from October 20 to 31, 2023. Hosted by the Moscow Cadet Corps Boarding School for Girls of the Russian Ministry of Defence, the Indian National Cadet Corps experienced diplomatic treatment. Anshu showcased Team India at the 'Cadet View' Film Festival, fostering national pride internationally 🇮🇳

*JUO Abigail Tete* completed the *Para Basic Course*, a unique adventure camp where NCC cadets from all over India experienced parachute jumps from 1250 feet. Intense 12-day training prepared them mentally and physically. Their first jump, led by *DG NCC - Lt. General Gurbirpal Singh*, marked a significant achievement in their journey.

Two cadets excelled in the *All India Thal Sainik Camp 2023*, showcasing dedication during selection. *CHM Poonam Khichad* and *SGT Aditi Ola* represented Delhi at DG NCC, Delhi Cantt. Poonam showcased precision in firing, while Aditi's expertise in Health and Hygiene earned her recognition, exemplifying excellence and representing Delhi with distinction.

Gargi NCC cadets completed *Special National Integration Camp 2023* in 2 states :

*Kevadiya, Gujarat*, coinciding with National Unity Day where Interactions with cadets from all seventeen directorates enriched their understanding of Indian culture attended by *SGT Kajal, CDT Arzoo, CDT Ghanishtha.*

*JUO Isha Bhalhara* also completed the camp in *Rajasthan*, delving into India's cultural heritage through visits to historical landmarks and participation in adventure activities.

SGT KAJAL SINGH, SGT DIVYA SINGH and SGT JESICA SANDHU, completed Republic Day Camp 2024 successfully and made Gargi NCC proud.

They went through rigorous 6 month practice and camps to finally get selected on the National level
