Vision
To provide a structured platform for cadets to develop their personality, leadership qualities, and sense of national duty through military training, adventure activities, and community engagement, thereby nurturing responsible citizens and future leaders.

Military Awareness: We ensure to impart basic military training, including drill, weapon handling, and map reading, creating awareness about the armed forces.
Empowerment of Women: To empower young women with skills and confidence to excel in various fields and contribute to nation-building.
Holistic Development: We cherish and facilitate the overall development of cadets by providing a platform for intellectual, physical, and social growth.
Society Activities
1. Youth Exchange Programme
SUO Divya Singh has successfully completed the Youth Exchange Programme, Vietnam held in 2024. During her stay she immersed herself in Vietnam’s historic culture by visiting landmark monuments and demonstrated exceptional leadership skills as the senior Discipline Incharge of the delegation.
2. REPUBLIC DAY CAMP
Every year cadets of GARGI NCC enthusiastically participate in the Repubkic Day Camp.
CPL Ashirii Mosoni proudly represented Gargi College NCC at the prestigious Republic Day Camp (RDC) 2026. She earned the honour of marching on the iconic Kartavya Path during the Republic Day Parade in New Delhi, showcasing outstanding discipline, dedication, and excellence while bringing immense pride to the institution.
LCPL Akanksha also had the honor of marching on the Kartavya Path during Republic Day 2025. JUO Aastha Baid was selected for the esteemed All India Guard of Honor. CPL Nishita Dagar played a vital role in the marching contingent of the Delhi Directorate for the Prime Ministers Rally and Piloting various dignitaries. SGT Ankita abd CPL Vidushi played a vital role in the cultural team of Delhi Directorate winning the first position in the Ballet Dance Competition.
SGT Divya Singh and LCPL Jessica Sandhu were a part of the marching contingent of Kartavya Path during Republic Day 2024.
3.Army Attachment Camp 2024
Gargi NCC is honoured to announce that 10 of our cadets have successfully completed Army Attachment Camp with 18 Grenadiers held at Shankar Vihar, Delhi held in 2024.
4. All India Thal Sainik Camp
JUO Kajal Shakya, SGT Priya Rai, and CDT Hemlata successfully represented Gargi College NCC at the prestigious All India Thal Sainik Camp (AITSC) 2025. Their remarkable performance reflected excellence, teamwork, resilience, and unwavering determination, embodying the true spirit of the NCC.
Cdt Vidhi and CPL Akshita Rathore have successfully completed the prestigious All India Thal Sainik Camp 2024 with their relentless dedication and grit. CDT Vidhi was part of a health and hygiene event showing her understanding of essential health practices and CPL Akshita engaged in training with a 0.22 rifle honing her precision and focus through Firing practice. The camp was a culmination of great opportunities highlighting teamwork and skills. Cdt Vidhi making a significant impact was also a key member of the extinct pitching team.
5. White Water Rafting Camp
SGT Aditi Rao represented the Delhi Directorate with immense pride at a week-long white water rafting camp in Raiwala, Rishikesh from September 30th to October 5th, 2024. This adventure was a perfect gland of learning, growth, teamwork and pushing boundaries. The group faced the chilling waters of Ganga reinforcing their coordination and drafting skills.
6. All India Girls Trekking Expedition
SUO Annushka Singh successfully completed the prestigious All India Girls Trekking Expedition (AIGTE) 2026 held at Haldighati, Rajasthan. Serving as the Overall Camp Senior, she demonstrated exceptional leadership, discipline, and organizational abilities while inspiring fellow cadets.
JUO Kajal Shakya and CHM Khushi Choudhary successfully completed the All India Girls Trekking Expedition (AIGTE) 2025. Their determination, endurance, and teamwork enabled them to overcome challenging terrains, reflecting the adventurous spirit nurtured by the NCC.
CHM Pari Jain and Cdt Manisha Bhist successfully completed the All India Girls Tracking Expedition Camp 2024 organised by 11 Rajasthan Battalion from 13th November to 21st November in Ajmer, Rajasthan. This included exploring remarkable sites such as Nareli Gyanoday Digambar Jain temple, sand dunes of Pushkar, Buddha Pushkar lake and the vibrant Pushkar Mela. CHM Pari Jain was the battalion senior and Cdt Manisha Bisht was in the social media team.
7. Advance Leadership Camp 2024
SGT Chanchal Swami successfully completed the Advance Leadership Camp held at Agra which opened horizons for real world leadership tasks, problem solving capabilities, opportunities for self reflection, enabling authentic leadership style and emotional intelligence.
8. OFFICER TRAINING ACADEMY CAMP 2024
Senior Under Officer Jesica Sandhu represented the Delhi Directorate with immense pride at the Officers Training Academy (OTA) attachment camp held from 14th October 2024 to 25th October 2024. This camp was hosted by the 13th Tamil Nadu Battalion offering a unique experience to immerse in military discipline and training. Activities included air pistol firing, equestrian training, obstacle courses and weapon training with INSAS rifles. She was entrusted with the vital role of discipline incharge overseeing the cadets professionalism and conduct. She served as the all India Emcee for the campfire and cultural events.
9. EK BHARAT SHRESTH BHARAT CAMP
JUO Nishita Dagar and CDT Vidushi represented Gargi College NCC at the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) Camp held in Odisha. The camp promoted cultural understanding, national unity, and meaningful interactions among cadets from different states.
CPL Shatakshi Bharat, CPL Stanzen Chuskit, CPL Sujalam Yonzone and LCPL Ginni Tiwari actively participated in the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) Camp organized by the Delhi Directorate, strengthening the ideals of cultural diversity, mutual respect, and national integration.
CDT Anika Sharma proudly represented the Delhi Directorate at the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) Camp 2025 held in Rourkela, Odisha. The camp provided opportunities for cultural exchange, national integration, and leadership development.
JUO Akanksha Mehra and CDT Chanchal Meena successfully completed the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat Camp held in Dibrugarh Assam and which offered a remarkable platform to celebrate the cultural diversity of India and foster National unity. This involved visits to Bogibeel bridge, Jagannath temple, Dinjan Dao division and many more. They achieved third position in the group dance competition showcasing their talent and teamwork.
10. NATIONAL WAR MEMORIAL CAMP (2025)
JUO Nishita Dagar and CPL Neelaxi Shekhawat represented Gargi College NCC at the National War Memorial Camp (NWM) 2025. They actively participated in the Wreath Laying Ceremony and Piloting Activities, demonstrating patriotism, leadership, and deep respect while honouring the nation's brave heroes.
11. PRIME MINISTERS RALLY AND SPECIAL NATIONAL INTEGRATION CAMP 2025
A contingent of 21 cadets from Gargi College NCC participated in the Prime Minister's Rally and Special National Integration Camp (SNIC) 2025 held at NCC Bhawan, New Delhi. Their enthusiastic participation promoted national integration, cultural harmony, and disciplined teamwork, making the college proud.
12. INTER DIRECTORATE SPORTS SHOOTING CHAMPIONSHIP 2025
SGT Meena, CDT Akshita Rathore, and CDT Navya Thakur represented the Delhi Directorate at the Inter Directorate Sports Shooting Championship (IDSSC) 2025. Their participation highlighted dedication, competitive spirit, and excellence in sports shooting and marksmanship.
13. CHIEF MINISTER’S RALLY 2025
Four cadets from Gargi College NCC participated in the Chief Minister's Rally (CMR) 2025 held at Chhatrasal Stadium, Delhi, displaying exemplary drill, discipline, synchronization, and professionalism. Additionally, LCPL Parul Arya proudly represented Gargi College NCC individually at CMR 2025, exemplifying the core values of the National Cadet Corps through exceptional dedication and performance.
14. ROCK CLIMBING AND TRAINING CAMP 2025
LCPL Parul Arya and LCPL Kajal successfully completed the Rock Climbing and Training Camp 2025 held in Pithoragarh. Through rigorous physical training and challenging climbs, they demonstrated courage, endurance, resilience, and an adventurous spirit.
15. INDEPENDENCE DAY CAMP 2025
Six cadets from Gargi College NCC proudly participated in the Independence Day Camp (IDC) 2025 and had the privilege of witnessing the 79th Independence Day Flag Hoisting Ceremony at the historic Red Fort. Their participation reflected patriotism, discipline, and unwavering commitment to the nation.
16. LEADERSHIP AND TEAM BUILDING CAMP
At the Leadership and Team Building Camp 2025, LCPL Priya Kumari Verma underwent specialized training at the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, Uttarkashi. The camp enhanced her leadership qualities, teamwork, resilience, and decision-making skills through demanding outdoor and adventure-based activities.
17. ABVIMAS ADVENTURE CAMP 2025
Cadet Akanksha successfully participated in the ABVIMAS Adventure Camp 2025, embracing challenging outdoor activities that strengthened her confidence, adaptability, self-reliance, perseverance, and spirit of adventure.
18. SPECIAL NATIONAL INTEGRATION CAMP- NORTH EAST REGION 2025
SGT Chhavi Jangir proudly represented Gargi College NCC at the Special National Integration Camp (NER) held at ISBT, Tura. The camp promoted cultural exchange, national integration, and unity among cadets from diverse regions of the country.
19. SPORTS CLIMBING TRAINING COURSE 2025
Representing the Delhi Directorate, LCPL Bhumika participated in the Sports Climbing Training Course 2025 conducted at the Garhwal Rifles Regimental Centre (GRRC), Lansdowne, Uttarakhand. The intensive training enhanced her climbing skills, endurance, and resilience.
20. SCUBA DIVING CAMP 2024
LCPL Kajal participated in the Scuba Diving Camp 2025 held at the NSB Pool, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. The camp provided hands-on underwater training, improving confidence, adaptability, technical skills, and encouraging cadets to explore new frontiers of adventure.
21. MILITARY HOSPITAL ATTACHEMENT TRAINING CAMP 2025
CDT Kashish Choudhary successfully completed the Military Hospital (MH) Attachment Training 2025, gaining valuable exposure to military healthcare services, medical administration, emergency response, and professional practices.
22. ALL INDIA GV MALVANKAR SHOOTING CHAMPIONSHIP 2025
Cadet Akshita Rathore proudly represented Gargi College NCC at the All India G.V. Mavlankar Shooting Championship (AIGVMSC) 2025, securing an outstanding All India Rank 8. Her achievement stands as a testament to her dedication, discipline, precision, and excellence in marksmanship.
ANNUAL INTERCOLLEGE NCC FEST
Every year, Gargi College organizes its Annual NCC Intercollege Festival, SAHAS. The event witnesses enthusiastic participation from various colleges and features competitions like Squad Drill, Quarter Guard, Best Cadet, Cube Quest, Obstacle Race, Group Dance, Photography, and Videography. A special attraction showcasing the cadets' exceptional skills in Gymnastics and Martial Arts also takes place. The festival is concluded with cultural performances, prize distribution, felicitation of the Rank Panel, and recognition of cadets for their outstanding achievements in various camps.
THE ANNUAL JOURNAL- SAHAS
GARGI NCC proudly publishes its Annual Journal, SAHAS, which has now successfully completed two years.
The journal celebrates the courage, grit, resilience, and excellence that define the unit while serving as a chronicle of its achievements, aspirations, and unwavering pursuit of excellence.
ACHIVEMENTS IN INTERCOLLEGE NCC FESTS
In 2026, the NCC Cadets of Gargi College achieved remarkable success at various inter-college competitions, securing 9 trophies in Squad Drill, 7 trophies in Guard Competitions, 1st Position in the Piloting Competition, 2 Best Cadet Trophies, and 1st Position in the Best Guard Commander (SW), 1st Position in Poster Making, and 4 in Debate, Declamation and Lecturette.
COMMISION IN THE ARMED FORCES
Three distinguished former cadets from Gargi College NCC who have successfully transitioned into the armed forces.
In the Indian Army, former JUO, Lt. Sakshi Kumari (Batch 2019–2022) was commissioned into the Corps of Military Intelligence through the NCC Special Entry Scheme. She graduated from the Officers Training Academy (OTA) in Chennai on September 6, 2025, remarkably securing an All India Rank of AIR 4.
Representing the Indian Navy, Former JUO, Sub Lt. Neelam Negi was commissioned on November 29, 2025, upon graduating from the Indian Naval Academy (INA) in Ezhimala, where she earned the distinct honor of commanding her platoon during the Passing Out Parade.
Finally, representing the air wing, Former Cadet, Geetanvi Kandpal successfully graduated from the Air Force Academy in Dundigal, commissioning into the Indian Air Force as a Flying Officer.
