गार्गी महाविद्यालय की राजभाषा समिति एवं राजनीति विज्ञान विभाग ने 25 सितंबर 2025 को हिंदी दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में एक रोचक टर्नकोट वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया। वाद-विवाद का विषय था – “भारत–अमेरिकी संबंध समकालीन समय में बदल रहे हैं”, जिसने विद्यार्थियों को आज की वैश्विक राजनीति को आकार देने वाली सबसे महत्वपूर्ण साझेदारियों में से एक पर आलोचनात्मक रूप से विचार करने के लिए आमंत्रित किया।

Organised the Investiture Ceremony of the newly elected Student Council on 9th September 2025, formally inducting student leaders into their roles. The ceremony underscored the values of responsibility, integrity and service, inspiring the council members to uphold democratic ideals and work collaboratively for the student community.

Conducted the Student Council Elections on 25th August 2025 through the electronic mode, fostering democratic values, leadership skills and participatory awareness among students. The Election Software used in this was developed by Mr. Ashok Kumar Meena, Assistant Professor from the department of political science.

Organised the Annual Scholastic Event – ‘Pol Pourri’ on March 21, 2025. The event featured an insightful talk on ‘India-US Ties in the Age of Trump 2.0’ by Prof. Harsh V. Pant, followed by extempore and poster-making competitions, both of which saw enthusiastic student participation.
